My Own Little Monsters ;) {Kennesaw, Marietta, Atlanta Children’s Photographer}

Tested out some studio lighting with my boys today. Don’t mind the bent collars in need of ironing, btw…ha! If there’s one thing most photographers agree on, it’s that it’s darn near impossible to photograph your own kids! All three of my sons definitely have Photographer’s Child Syndrome. You’d think my oldest would be the easiest since he’s able to listen and follow directions. He is, after all, 8 years old. But, alas, that is not the case. He is very hard to photograph most of the time. He just can’t seem to give a genuine smile. He is plagued with Fake Smile Syndrome in addition to the PCS ;)

He is a little toothless right now, and I wanted to get a shot of those gums. I just love when kids lose both front teeth at the same time. There’s just something about it that takes about 2 years off of your child’s face, and they suddenly have that baby face again. He didn’t get teeth until he was over 12 months old, so naturally he is losing them later than most kids his age. Love it!

Don’t even get me started on the younger boys. They are something else! My youngest is just now getting to where he will pee in the potty, and he is 3, and he was running around in his big boy underwear today.

And don’t you just love the shot with my youngest sticking his tongue out and my middle son staring off into space? Yep. That’s what taking pix of MY boys is like. :)

They were all quite wiggly!
